Return and Exchange Policy

1. Returns

At Analog Parfum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you intend to exchange or refund, you may return the unused item(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The return must be initiated within the specified return period.
  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Analog Parfum.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to their unique nature, personalized items are generally non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for personalized items if the customer has provided incorrect information.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once an order for a personalized item is placed, it immediately enters our production process. Therefore, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not possible.

4. Accuracy of Personalization

We strive for accuracy in personalization details. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all customization details (names, dates, spellings, etc.) are entered correctly at the time of order placement. Analog Parfum is not responsible for errors in personalization provided by the customer.

5. Quality Assurance

We conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that personalized items meet our high standards. If, however, you receive a personalized item with a defect or error on our part, please contact us immediately, and we will work to rectify the issue.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a personalized item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution. 

7. Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at clientcare@analogparfum.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on where to send the item.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

9. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact our customer service team at clientcare@analogparfum.com to arrange the exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

10. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
